According to information from the General Prosecutor's Office, as a result of the conducted inspection, it was revealed that plots with a total area of 196.83 hectares were transferred into private ownership of the Ulahol, Ak-Terek, Mambetov, and previously Ton (now Kun-Chygysh) rural administrations in 2007-2008 without legal grounds.

These lands have been used as private property for many years, although their removal from the state fund had no legal basis. As a result of the prosecutor's actions, the plots, which are valued at 112 million soms on the market, were returned to state ownership.
The prosecutor's office also emphasizes that work to identify and prevent illegal alienation of land plots continues.
