
According to the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, land plots with a total area of 8.0 hectares have been returned, which were previously illegally transferred into private hands. An inspection of compliance with land legislation conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Jetiy-Oguz district revealed these violations.
During the investigation, it was found that in 2008, lands located in the territory of the Kyzyl-Suy ayil okmotu were unlawfully allocated to several citizens.
Thanks to the measures of prosecutorial oversight, the plots, valued at 7 million 815 thousand soms, were returned to state ownership.
