The special service reported that a land plot of 1 hectare, previously owned by this organization and located at: Bishkek, B. Isakiev Street, House No. 1, was illegally divided into several separate plots. On some of them, the construction company Pioneer built multi-apartment residential buildings.
As a result of the conducted activities, the state recovered basement premises with a total area of 499.08 square meters.
The SCNS noted that work to identify and return illegally alienated properties, removed from state ownership in violation of the law, is ongoing.
