According to the investigation, a former employee of the pre-trial detention center No. 1, K.B.K., was detained as part of a case under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Fraud").
The investigation established that he used threats against entrepreneurs, promising to bring them to criminal responsibility, and as a result, he obtained a sum of $26,300. To create an illusion of his influence, he presented himself as a subordinate of the assistant to the chairman of the GKNB, General Colonel Kamchybek Tashiev, and claimed to be friends with his son.
