According to the SCNS, the inspection was initiated at the direction of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and head of the SCNS, Colonel General Kamchybek Tashiev. It concerned the fulfillment of obligations under the contract concluded with the LLC "Kyrgyz Zhol Kurolysh" for three sections of this republican highway.
The violations identified during the inspection led to the untimely completion of construction work. The detainee has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Karakol.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
