The detention occurred on December 22, 2025, as part of a criminal case initiated under Article 209, Part 4, Clause 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("Fraud"). "J.R.M." has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the SCNS.
Investigative actions in this case are ongoing.
Preliminary information suggests that Ramis Junusaliev, who took office as president of the Kok-Boru Federation of Kyrgyzstan in October 2023, may also be under suspicion.
