The GKNB reported that in 2016, a contract was signed between a representative of "Alliance Kurulush Plus" — a citizen of Kazakhstan named A.M. — and M.B.E. for the joint construction of a residential building, including social and utility facilities. However, in 2018, disagreements arose, and M.B.E., with the support of a criminal group led by the late Kamchybek Asanbek, seized commercial premises using threats, registering them in the name of a relative.

The investigation also established that after the construction was completed, M.B.E., without investing personal funds, began to make illegal demands for the transfer of individual apartments to his subordinates, which violated the rights of other shareholders and hindered the completion of construction work.
On December 23, as part of an open criminal case, the general director of "MBE Group," Sh.B.G., was detained and is now in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB. The founder of the company, M.B.E., has been declared wanted.
Currently, investigative and operational activities are ongoing.
