As a result of the discussion, a decision was made to assist the children of Zhibek Urustemova in addressing various issues, including housing provision, mortgage repayment, employment for the eldest son, and funding for the education of all three children of the deceased.
“This situation is under special control of the head of the GKNB,” the agency emphasized.
Kamchybek Tashiev noted that the murdered woman had protective measures in place, but law enforcement agencies did not take any action.
“This tragedy is a result of negligence on the part of law enforcement, the prosecutor's office, and the security service. We will not leave this crime unattended and will thoroughly investigate it, considering the possible responsibility of police officers,” Tashiev stated.
The chairman of the GKNB added that if similar incidents occur in any district or city, the heads of local authorities, police, the prosecutor's office, and GKNB staff will be held accountable.
It is worth noting that Bekzhan published a message on social media requesting help from the president and the head of the GKNB to settle the mortgage debt.
