According to law enforcement agencies, the criminals managed to take possession of the vehicle by deceiving its owner under the pretext of arranging an installment plan. At present, the obligations they assumed have not been fulfilled.

In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the investigation, one of the suspects, J.U., born in 1994, was detained and is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department. Investigative actions are ongoing.
