According to the information from the agency, from 1997 to 2004, several violations were committed, as a result of which private individuals were granted:
- a land plot of 0.08 hectares belonging to the city administration of Cholpon-Ata;
- a municipal bus station facility in the Ananyev rural area with an area of 139.4 sq. m;
- land plots of 0.16 hectares and 4 hectares allocated for agricultural needs and previously transferred to the public fund "SOS Children's Village Cholpon-Ata".
The General Prosecutor's Office concluded that as a result of the prosecutor's activities, 4.26 hectares of land were returned, with a total value of 167 million 568 thousand soms.
