During an inspection conducted in 2012, it was established that land plots with a total area of 0.40 hectares, located in the territory of the Ormon-Khan rural administration, were unlawfully transferred into private hands.

In response to the identified violations, the prosecutor's office initiated appropriate response acts. As a result of these actions, the disputed land plots, valued at 7 million 200 thousand soms, were returned to municipal ownership.
