In recent days, the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) reported the return of a land plot to state ownership, located in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region.
According to the provided data, this plot occupies 0.86 hectares and is situated in the Moldо-Niyaz area. Along with the land, buildings intended for drying grain and fruits, as well as for storing agricultural products and auxiliary structures, were transferred to the state.
It should be noted that in the 2000s, this plot with buildings was illegally transferred to private hands, which occurred in violation of legislation and without the necessary legal documents.
As a result of the conducted investigative and operational-search activities, the identified violations were rectified. Thus, the land plot and the facilities located on it were fully returned to the state's balance.
