According to information from the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, the prosecutor's office of the Jalal-Abad region conducted an inspection, which revealed that a plot of land measuring 10 hectares had been illegally transferred into private ownership.

In 1999, in violation of land legislation, officials from the Suzak district state administration made a decision to transfer this plot, which belongs to the state land fund, to the private ownership of the meat-dairy farming enterprise "A." Subsequently, a state certificate was issued confirming the private individual's right to the land.
