
In the Issyk-Kul region, in the Jeti-Oguz district, the prosecutor's office reported the return of a land plot valued at over 34 million soms, which had previously been unlawfully transferred to private ownership.
It was revealed that this plot, covering an area of 0.20 hectares, was designated for agricultural use and is located within the territory of the Barskoon rural municipality. An inspection established that the land was allocated illegally.
A structure had also been built on this plot without the necessary permits.
As a result of the prosecutor's actions, the land plot along with the structure, with a total value of 34,056,846 soms, was returned to state ownership.
