In the 2000s, the land and warehouses were illegally privatized.
In the Batken region, specifically in the Kadamjai district, agricultural facilities located in the territory of Moldo-Niyaz have been returned to state ownership. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
According to law enforcement agencies, buildings intended for drying grains and fruits, as well as for storing various agricultural products, have been returned. In addition, auxiliary structures and a land plot of 0.86 hectares have been transferred.
It should be noted that in the early 2000s, this plot along with the warehouses was illegally transferred to private ownership without the necessary legal documents and in violation of current legislation.
As a result of investigative and operational activities, violations were identified and subsequently rectified. Now the land and buildings, as well as auxiliary structures, are once again on the state balance.
