The State National Security Committee (GKNB) has returned to state ownership facilities that ensure the livelihoods of the population, which were previously illegally transferred to private hands in the Talas region.
According to information from the GKNB, in 2003, a certain S.T.D., as the head of the public association "Toboy," in collusion with employees of the Talas branch of the State Cadastre Management and the main water management department of Talas, transferred strategically important water intake facilities of category "B" to the balance of his organization.
During the investigative actions, it was established that through official forgery, these facilities were transferred to private ownership, including land plots of 1.7 ha, 0.68 ha, and 1 ha, as well as accompanying infrastructure. The total value of the returned property amounted to 36,415,400 soms.
As a result of the conducted investigative activities, these facilities were returned to state ownership.
