
The illegal sale of land to private individuals was established by prosecutors
In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a land plot of 10.72 hectares has been returned, which was previously sold illegally to private individuals. This became known on March 10 from a statement by the Prosecutor General's Office.
As prosecutors from the Alamudun district found during a check of compliance with legislation in the field of land relations, the land plot in the territory of the Tash-Dobon rural district was sold to private individuals in 2006 without legal grounds. Currently, this plot is within the administrative boundaries of the city of Bishkek.
The estimated value of the returned land plot is 9 billion 161 million 526 thousand 400 soms.
