A land plot of 1.01 hectares has become the center of a scandal
As a result of the abuse of their official powers, former officials of the Tash-Dobon rural administration, located in the Alamudun district of the Chui region, were detained. This was reported by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
During the investigation, it was revealed that the former officials, acting in collusion, illegally allocated a land plot of 1.01 hectares to a citizen R.E.R. This plot is located in an area called "Seyil".
The Land and Water Supervision Service of the Ministry of Agriculture confirmed that serious violations of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic occurred during the allocation of this land plot.
Based on the collected materials, the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated a criminal case under Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic against the detained "N.A.K".
