In the city of Osh, there was an illegal disposal of 8 thousand square meters of municipal land, which became known through the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As a result of the conducted inspection, a criminal case was initiated under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Within the framework of this case, the former head of the municipal property management and the deputy director of the local branch of the State Agency responsible for land resources, cadastre, geodesy, and cartography were detained.
Independent experts assessed the land plot at 200 million soms.
Now the land has been returned to municipal ownership, and the investigation continues.
