As a result of the investigation into the criminal case regarding the abuse of official powers, A.M. and U.S., who held the positions of heads of the Inspection Department of the central apparatus of the State Tax Service (GNS), were arrested. This information was provided by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
According to the information provided by the state committee, the individuals in question, having colluded with the former chairman of the GNS A.A., used their powers to extort money from entrepreneurs.
It should be noted that the detainees became key figures in organizing a corruption scheme related to the receipt and transfer of money from businessmen.
At the moment, the former officials have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB, and necessary investigative actions are being conducted.
