The specifics of the case relate to the procurement of lighting poles for the Ch. Aitmatov City Park. It has become known that employees of "Bishkeksvet," in collusion with the contractor, signed a contract that turned out to be clearly unprofitable, allowing them to illegally appropriate significant amounts of money.
As a result of the operation, the director T. E. T., chief engineer I. E. I., and the director of the company "T. S." N. R. A. were detained. All of them have been placed in the GKNB KR detention center.
