As specialists found out, during the inspection, it was established that there were violations concerning the Land Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the Law of March 15, 2002 No. 37 "On Municipal Property" and the Civil Code.
According to the court rulings, the rights to municipal property, including the hotel 'Kermetoo' and its land plot, have been restored. This has become an important step in protecting the interests of the municipality of the city of Naryn.
The measures taken contribute to strengthening the rule of law and preventing cases of illegal privatization of both state and municipal property.
