Experts from the agency established that from 2000 to 2004, the land plot was transferred to third parties without the mandatory competition, which contradicts the legislative norms of the law "On the Features of Denationalization and Privatization of State Farms and Other State (Municipal) Agricultural Enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic."

During the inspection, it was found that the plot, with an area of 1.5 hectares and the buildings located on it, were removed from state ownership in violation of the established privatization procedure. As a result of the investigation, the plot was returned to state ownership.
The GKNB emphasized that work to identify and suppress illegal privatization schemes continues, and similar inspections are being conducted regarding other objects of state institutions.
