The State Tax Service (STS) reported the detection of illegal trade in petroleum products (PP) in the Moscow district of the Chuy region. The agency's press service provided the relevant information.
The incident occurred in the village of Sadovoe, where the absence of mandatory labeling on the sold fuel was recorded at one of the gas stations. This violation became possible due to the use of a specialized analyzer, and the results were confirmed by laboratory tests conducted at OJSC "Uchkun".
During the inspection, 8,500 liters of fuel were seized, with a total value exceeding 579,000 soms. The materials related to this case were forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
The State Tax Service reminded that from October 1, 2024, mandatory labeling of gasoline and diesel fuel will be introduced in Kyrgyzstan. The sale of petroleum products without molecular markers will be considered illegal.
