During the inspections, locations of illegal fuel trade were discovered, where five mobile tankers were used to carry out mobile retail sales without the necessary permits in unapproved locations.
As a result of the identified violations, administrative fines were imposed on the owners of the tankers, the vehicles were sent to the impound lot, and the illegally sold fuel was seized. All materials have been forwarded to the judicial authorities for further investigation.
The tax service emphasized that raid activities to identify illegal fuel trade will continue.
According to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the retail sale of petroleum products is permitted only at gas stations, gas filling stations, and gas supply stations, and it is necessary to have cash registers, specialized refueling equipment (fuel dispensers), and automated accounting systems.
