In the village of Sadovoe, one of the gas stations was caught selling fuel without the necessary labeling with molecular markers.
The violation was recorded using a special analyzer, which confirmed the absence of the marker in the fuel composition. Additionally, laboratory tests conducted at OJSC "Uchkun" confirmed this fact.
As a result of the inspection, 8,500 liters of fuel were seized, with a value exceeding 579,000 soms.
The State Tax Service prepared the relevant acts, and the collected materials were sent to law enforcement agencies for further legal analysis and action in accordance with current legislation.
It is worth noting that from October 1, 2024, mandatory labeling of gasoline and diesel fuel will be introduced in Kyrgyzstan. This requirement applies to both imported and locally produced fuel. The import, transportation, and sale of petroleum products without molecular markers are prohibited.
