
At the central market of the city of Manas, employees of the Tax Service conducted an operation during which tobacco products without excise stamps were discovered.
According to the information from the agency, a total of 9,695 packs of tobacco products worth 1,163,400 som were seized. Additionally, 24 packages of illegal electronic cigarettes and 33 cans of a substance resembling snus were confiscated.
All collected materials have been handed over to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.





According to the State Tax Service, a fine of 100,000 som is imposed for the sale of up to 200 units of excise goods without excise stamps. In the case of selling more than 200 units, criminal liability may arise, up to imprisonment for a term of up to seven years.
