During control activities, it was revealed that several companies used goods that were under responsible and temporary storage without submitting them for the appropriate customs procedures.
For example, in September 2025, LLC "C.C." received a jaw crusher weighing 18.35 tons, valued at $64,200. The equipment was placed in responsible storage in Naryn until a classification decision was made; however, despite the decision being issued in December 2025, the goods were not cleared for domestic consumption.
Inspection showed that the crusher had already been assembled and was being used in production processes. As a result, customs duties amounting to 696,300 soms were assessed.
Similar violations were recorded in the company LLC "C.Y.". From August to September 2025, it received 34 types of goods, weighing a total of 88.7 tons, which were also under responsible storage. These goods were used in construction work without the necessary customs documents being processed, leading to the assessment of payments totaling 3.7 million soms.
Additionally, LLC "D.D." used 50 types of goods weighing a total of 13.1 tons in construction, which arrived in June and September 2025 under temporary storage conditions. The total amount of customs duties assessed was 1.29 million soms.
