
During the analysis and monitoring of data, specialists from the main department for combating smuggling discovered cases where the year of manufacture of vehicles was altered, and the provided documents contained false information. This, in turn, led to insufficient payment of customs duties.

The agency reported the following incidents:
- On November 28, 2023, at the "Naryn" customs post, a DONGFENG truck was declared with a year of manufacture of 2019. However, a VIN code check showed that it was actually manufactured in 2016. As a result, an additional 1 million 802 thousand 135 soms were charged.
- On May 12, 2024, the company OsOO K.G.E. imported five dump trucks, indicating a year of manufacture of 2022. However, analysis showed that they were actually produced in 2021, leading to an additional charge of 3 million 494 thousand 811 soms.
- From August to September 2025, OsOO K.B.G. imported 13 dump trucks, declaring them as 2023 models. Expertise established that the actual year of manufacture was 2020–2021, which resulted in an additional charge of 8 million 93 thousand 379 soms.
- On December 15, 2025, IVECO vehicles for OsOO Ts.S. were delivered to the "Naryn" customs post, declared with a year of manufacture of 2020. The forensic examination service found that the factory chassis and part numbers dated back to 2008–2010. As a result, 2 million 148 thousand 98 soms were collected.

All collected materials have been transferred to the investigative department of the State Customs Service for further legal assessment.
As a result of the inspection, 15 million 538 thousand 423 soms were collected for the budget.
