A rock collapse occurred in the underground part of the Jerey deposit. This information was provided by the company "Alliance Altyn".
According to their data, the incident happened on January 27 at an altitude of +3160 in the working area of the contractor OsOO "BPK", where a local collapse occurred during fastening work. At the time of the accident, four workers from the company were present at the site.
A commission was formed to investigate the circumstances and causes of the incident, which included specialists from various state authorities.
According to information provided by the Talas Regional Police Department, as a result of the incident, worker B.I., born in 1975, was trapped under the rubble and, unfortunately, died. A report of the incident was received by the Talas District Internal Affairs Department from OsOO "Zher-Uy Alliance Altyn".
The information has been registered in the electronic journal of the Talas ROVD, and a preliminary investigation has been initiated. Representatives of the leadership of the internal affairs bodies of the Talas region, as well as an investigative operational group, have arrived at the scene.
During the investigation, it was found that two colleagues of the deceased, N.O. (born in 1980) and B.M. (born in 1981), were injured and were sent to the Talas Regional Combined Hospital. A forensic medical examination has been appointed for the body of B.I., and relevant requests have already been sent to the necessary services. The injured were interviewed at the scene and stated that they had no claims against anyone.
Currently, checks and investigative activities regarding this case are ongoing.
