On Sunday, March 22, at LaGuardia Airport in New York, a collision occurred between an Air Canada Express plane and a vehicle belonging to airport services. According to CBS News, 60 people were injured as a result of the incident.

Immediately after the incident, the airport stopped accepting and dispatching flights, leading to significant delays.

LaGuardia is considered one of the busiest airports in the U.S. in terms of passenger traffic. It is also known for the 2009 incident when a plane departing from this airport collided with a flock of birds, resulting in both engines failing. Pilot Chesley Sullenberger was able to successfully land the plane on the water, which became known as the "Miracle on the Hudson." In that incident, none of the passengers or crew members were injured.
