As part of the agenda, the results of the company's operations for 2025 will be reviewed, including the approval of the management reports, auditor conclusions, annual balance sheet, profit distribution, and budget for 2026.
At the meeting, shareholders will also discuss issues related to the early termination of the powers of members of the board of directors and the internal audit service.
In addition, the agenda includes amendments to the charter and internal documents of the company, as well as a proposal to increase the number of outstanding shares.
The list of shareholders eligible to participate in the meeting includes individuals registered as of March 25 of this year.
It should be noted that Melisa Turgunbaeva, the former head of the National Bank, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. She was summoned for questioning as a witness in a criminal case related to the activities of JSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz," and as a result of investigative activities, she was arrested.
Moreover, until May 16, the following individuals are in pre-trial detention center-1:
- N.N., former chairman of the board of JSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz," born in 1983;
- A.R., former deputy chairman of the company and director of one of the affiliated structures, born in 1980;
- A.N., director of a related firm, born in 1988;
- M.B., former director of an affiliated company, born in 1990.
As part of the investigation into the "Kyrgyzneftegaz" case, the brother and son of the former head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, were also questioned.
