Information has appeared on social networks that activist Bermet Borubaeva and documentary operator Bulat Satarkulov were taken for questioning at the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.

According to preliminary data, the detainees were planning to hold a rally in support of citizens' rights to peaceful assembly near the administration of the Pervomaisky district.
It is important to note that the Pervomaisky District Court extended the ban on holding rallies in the central part of the capital. Currently, the only permitted location for such actions remains the M. Gorky Park.
Bermet Borubaeva is known for her active stance in defending citizens' rights, including campaigns to preserve trolleybuses as a mode of public transport. Bulat Satarkulov is involved in documenting civil society events.
