Today, the panel of judges granted the request of the defendant's lawyer.
According to court data, "the criminal case was sent back to the Pervomaisky District Court for proper documentation, as the materials lack the appeal and the petition for restoring the missed deadline from December 30, 2025, which were submitted to the office but not attached to the case."
Recall that Imamidin Tashov, the founder of the construction company KG Group, was detained in April 2024. He is accused of attempting to seize power by force. A video message from him was previously published on social media, in which he claims that he was "bandit-style kidnapped," held captive, and demanded not only the already mentioned 52 million soms but also an additional 100 million "in the back pocket."
In July of last year, the Pervomaisky District Court found Tashov guilty and sentenced him to nine years in prison.
