The Prosecutor General's Office is currently seeking consent to hold accountable former judges who worked in the judicial panel for criminal cases and administrative offenses, namely B.S.I., Zh.M., and A.K.K.
According to media reports, these initials may refer to Branchayeva Saniya Izmailovna, Zhanil Mambetaly, and Abakirov Kaysyn Kadyrovich. These names were mentioned in a report by the "ElTR" television channel related to the case of taxi driver Kumarbek Abdyrov, who is accused of a series of crimes against girls, including minors.
As reported, Kumarbek Abdyrov was detained on October 13, 2015, after one of the girls claimed that he attacked her with the intent to kill. In February 2016, the Oktyabrsky District Court found him guilty of attempted murder, sentencing him to 12 years in prison.
However, on May 12, 2016, the judicial panel of the Bishkek City Court reviewed the case and changed the qualification to robbery and kidnapping, reducing the sentence to 7 years. In 2018, Abdyrov was released on parole.
After his release, he again found himself at the center of investigations, including the case of the rape and murder of Aysulu Mukasheva, a resident of the village of Barskoon in the Issyk-Kul region, which occurred in the fall of 2025.
The Judicial Selection Council emphasized that the consideration of the Prosecutor General's appeal will be conducted in accordance with the legally established deadlines, and a decision will be made only after a thorough analysis of all case materials.
- We remind you that in late September, 17-year-old Aysulu Mukasheva was brutally murdered in the Issyk-Kul region. The suspect is 41-year-old Kumarbek Abdyrov, who has a prior conviction. The investigation established that he took the girl to an apple orchard near the "Azamat" beach, where he committed the crime, and later strangled her in the vicinity of the village of Kadzhi-Sai in the Ton district.
- The suspect in the murder of Aysulu Mukasheva later also confessed to the rape and murder of a pregnant woman, Kamila Duyshbaeva, as well as Aysulu Mukasheva.
