The candidate's representative reported large-scale violations in the elections in district No. 17
Today at a press conference, Talaybek Azylov, representing the interests of candidate Cholpon Esenamanova, voiced accusations against the opponent's headquarters. He claims that during the early elections in district No. 17, there were "organized schemes for bribing voters."

Azylov noted that the information about bribery and financing of campaigning outside the electoral fund is confirmed by testimonies from participants in the electoral campaign and documents that have already been submitted to law enforcement agencies.

In his explanatory note, he stated that he received funding for campaigning not from the electoral fund. According to him, he was given 19,500 soms in cash to organize meetings in Kara-Balta, as well as two transfers of 10,000 soms each from people associated with Esenamanova's headquarters.

The document contains screenshots of transactions confirming his words. Azylov also reported that among the members of the headquarters were citizen Umut Aibekovna and Talantbek Karagulov (known as Baton), who distributed cash to voters on behalf of the candidate.

According to Azylov, dozens of campaigners also received similar payments of 10,000 soms. If these facts are confirmed, they, in his opinion, significantly exceed the permissible 0.5 percent of the electoral fund, which could serve as grounds for canceling the candidate's registration under paragraph 2 of Article 46 of the Law "On the Elections of the President and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh." In addition, he reported the presence of Cholpon Esenamanova's campaigners at polling stations No. 7369 and 7370 without the necessary directives, which was also recorded in his complaint.

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums has already confirmed the results of the early elections in district No. 17, recognizing them as valid. According to the CEC data, the elected deputies are:

Azylov added that all the mentioned facts are under the control of the Jayil District Department of Internal Affairs. He claims that most of the campaigners confirmed receiving money outside the electoral fund both in cash and through bank transfers.

He emphasized that the results of the procedural check will have "significant importance for the legal assessment of the candidate's actions and her entourage."
