“We are at the investigator of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate for particularly important cases”
Human rights defender Tolekan Ismailova was taken for questioning, which she reported on social media.
“We are with investigator Erjan Ramatov Nurlanovich from the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, who deals with particularly important cases. Our intention was to participate in a peaceful rally against illegal decisions, which was supposed to take place at the Pervomaisky Akimat,” she wrote.
Ismailova noted that three lieutenant colonels forcibly took her away, which hindered her human rights activities.
At the moment, law enforcement agencies have not provided any official comments on this matter.
