They were detained after interrogation
According to information from law enforcement agencies, in the case of "Kyrgyzneftegaz," Nurgazy Nishanov, a former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh and chairman of the board of OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz," as well as Nazgul Aydarova, the director of the company "Region Oil," were detained. Their detention occurred after an interrogation within the framework of a criminal case related to corrupt activities.
It is worth noting that earlier the Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Corruption" in connection with possible offenses occurring at OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz."
