Currently, the Investigative Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is conducting an investigation into a criminal case under Article 336 ("Corruption") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. This case arose after the publication of a report by the State Tax Service titled "Oil for Themselves: How Kyrgyzneftegaz Was Ruined," which contains allegations against officials of the OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz."
The press service noted that within the framework of this case, Tay-Muras Tashiev has not yet been questioned.
It is worth reminding that Tay-Muras is one of the sons of Kamchybek Tashiev, who held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Chairman of the State National Security Committee, and was relieved of his duties on February 10.
