The investigation involves a company connected to relatives of Kamchybek Tashiev.
The State Service for Combating Economic Crimes under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic has published the results of a special investigation into possible violations in the activities of the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzneftegaz" over the past five years. According to expert estimates, the potential damage amounts to 4.2 billion soms.
During the investigation, several key facts were presented. In particular, during the specified period, 879 thousand tons of oil were extracted, of which 29 thousand tons are classified as production losses. However, experts indicate that losses of such volumes usually do not exceed 1%.
According to the collected data, around 20 thousand tons of oil may be missing from the reports, which corresponds to a value of about 560 million soms.
Additionally, about 262 thousand tons of oil are believed to have been sold to the state oil refinery through intermediaries, which could have resulted in a loss of funds amounting to approximately 3 billion soms.
It is also reported that processed products, such as diesel fuel and fuel oil, were sold to a limited number of private companies, including a company linked to relatives of Kamchybek Tashiev, which, according to the investigation, was engaged in reselling diesel to state enterprises.

At the time of publication, there were no comments from the mentioned parties.
