A search was conducted at the residence of a former official
Nurgazy Anarkulov, who previously held a position in the presidential administration, was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department. A search was also carried out in his apartment, according to information from sources in law enforcement agencies.
The detention took place the day before. Anarkulov gained fame for his work as the head of the information policy department of the presidential administration in 2021. He is accused of corruption offenses and abuse of power.
