Additionally, it became known about the detention of Nurgazy Anarkulov, who is considered a close associate of the former head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev. The incident occurred at the border with Kazakhstan when Anarkulov was attempting to enter Kyrgyzstan.
According to unconfirmed information, Anarkulov allegedly called on some people to support the idea of early presidential elections and discussed this with several former deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. Some of them confirmed the fact of such conversations; however, there is currently no official confirmation of this information.
