Launch the "My O!" app. If necessary, update it in Google Play or the App Store. Go to the "My Connection" → "Tariffs" → "Special Tariffs" section. Select the "O!Mамлекеттик" tariff and fill out a short form.
After a quick data verification, the tariff will be activated automatically. The service is renewed every 4 weeks if there are sufficient funds in the account.
