On November 26, an event titled "Youth Against Violence" will take place in Bishkek. It is organized by the National Agency for Religious Affairs and Interethnic Relations under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in partnership with the Program Office of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the youth organization IDEA.

The aim of this event is to deepen students' knowledge about human rights, measures for the prevention of all forms of violence, digital security, as well as the principles of the "Kyrgyz Citizen" concept.

As part of the initiative, efforts are being united among government structures, youth associations, interfaith and interethnic groups, as well as international partners. This will allow for collaborative work towards creating a safe and inclusive environment for the youth of Kyrgyzstan. The event will also contribute to the development of leadership qualities and an active civic stance among young people, as well as strengthening social cohesion.

It is important to note that the youth of Kyrgyzstan play a critically important role in creating a sustainable and safe society.

"In the face of growing challenges — from gender and digital violence to increased discriminatory practices and the spread of stereotypes — it is crucial to create spaces where young people can develop critical thinking, respect for diversity, strengthen interfaith understanding within the framework of state policy in the religious sphere, and jointly seek solutions to social problems," the official statement emphasizes.
