The Mayor of Osh Voted in the Early Parliamentary Elections and Urged Citizens to Be Active

Today, November 30, early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh began in Kyrgyzstan. The mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, cast his vote at polling station No. 5283, fulfilling his civic duty, as reported by the mayor's office. Toktorbaev urged the city's residents to actively participate in the voting, reminding them of the importance of each vote for the future of the country. He noted that all necessary conditions have been created to ensure transparency and fairness in the elections. The mayor also emphasized the need for authorities to respond carefully to possible cases of illegal actions, such as vote-buying.
The local authorities have prepared 105 polling stations in Osh in advance according to the established requirements: 66 in district No. 6, 35 in district No. 5, and 4 in district No. 7. The total number of voters in the city exceeds 163,000 people.
