Response from the city administration
The Bishkek city administration stated that there are sufficient coal reserves at the CHPP for stable operation during the heating period. According to the city authorities, the station has accumulated 243,650 tons of coal in its warehouses.
To successfully pass through the winter season of 2025-2026, 1 million 400 thousand tons of solid fuel will be required. Coal deliveries are being carried out according to the established schedule and will continue until the end of the heating season.
