This seminar was organized by the public organization "Calendar. Union of Scientific and Creative Initiatives" in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia and supported by the Intergovernmental Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS countries.
During the event, leading specialists in the field of cinema from the CIS and Europe gathered to discuss pressing issues in film production, as well as the development of international cooperation, co-production, financing, and film distribution. Special attention was given to new technologies and forms of interaction between the state and the film industry.
Kyrgyz participants shared their experiences in national cinema, discussed potential opportunities for international partnership, and exchanged knowledge with colleagues from Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Russia, Belarus, and Georgia.
