The press service of the Ministry of Culture reported that the document was signed by the director of the National Library of Kyrgyzstan, Eldar Attokurov, and the acting general director of the Scientific and Technical Library of Russia, Natalia Mikhalchenkova.
The main goal of this agreement is to develop professional cooperation, exchange scientific and informational resources, implement joint digital projects, and strengthen humanitarian ties in the fields of librarianship and education.
The LIBCOM-2025 forum was organized by the State Public Scientific and Technical Library of Russia in partnership with the International Association of Users, Developers of Electronic Libraries, and New Information Technologies, the Russian State Library, and the Center for Scientific Information of Russia. The event was attended by scholars from Russia, CIS countries, and BRICS, library specialists, publishers, as well as representatives from the educational and cultural sectors.
