The editorial team of 24.kg conducted a survey among readers to find out how much they are willing to spend to welcome the year 2026.
According to the voting results, 23 percent of participants plan to allocate up to 5,000 soms, while 20 percent of respondents intend to spend between 5,000 and 10,000 soms. Another 15 percent are ready to spend between 10,000 and 20,000 soms.
Interestingly, 22 percent of those surveyed admitted that they are afraid to even think about their future expenses, given the current prices.
For 11 percent of respondents, the New Year is not a holiday, and they see no point in additional spending.
At the same time, 6 percent of survey participants can afford not to worry about their expenses.
