Since the beginning of 2023, 1545 kilometers of roads have been asphalted in Kyrgyzstan. This was stated by Beknazar Bazaraliyev, Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications, on the air of Birinchi Radio.
He also noted that significant earthworks were carried out on several sections of the road before laying the asphalt, which created the necessary conditions for road projects for the coming year.
“At the beginning of the year, we set a goal to asphalt about 1000 km. The current result has been made possible thanks to the joint efforts of the ministry staff and our partners. I am proud that this volume of work is a record compared to previous years,” he added.
